I’m Francisco Vadillo, a Color Architect, Educator, and Creative Director with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves through intentional design, thoughtful conversation, and transformational hair. For me, hair has never been just about color or cutting. It’s about confidence, self-expression, healing, and creating a space where every person feels seen, respected, and genuinely welcomed. Vadillo Stylez was built on the belief that beauty should be inclusive. No matter your background, identity, hair texture, age, or where you are in your journey, you deserve to feel comfortable, celebrated, and cared for. My chair is a place where everyone belongs. My work centers around customized, dimensional color and personalized haircutting designed to complement your lifestyle—not complicate it. I believe beautiful hair should grow out gracefully, feel effortless to maintain, and reflect who you are rather than simply following trends. Education is one of my greatest passions. I love helping guests understand their hair so they leave feeling empowered, not dependent. Every consultation is a collaboration built on honesty, communication, and trust. Beyond the technical side of hair, I’m deeply inspired by nature, creativity, symbolism, and personal transformation. I believe growth happens when intention meets action, and I strive to bring that philosophy into every experience—from the atmosphere of the studio to the smallest details of your appointment. My dream is for Vadillo Stylez to become more than a salon. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Appointment Policy
At Vadillo Stylez, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Many of our services require several hours of dedicated time, preparation, and customized formulation. We kindly ask that you respect both your reserved appointment time and the time of other guests.
Appointment Changes
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Haircut Appointments
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
Color Services & Extended Appointments
Color appointments, transformational services, and appointments lasting more than one hour canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Same-Day Rescheduling
If you need to move your appointment on the day of your service, a 25% rescheduling fee will apply. This allows us to recover a portion of the reserved time while still helping you find a new appointment.
No-Call / No-Show
Guests who miss their appointment without contacting the salon will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Emergencies
We understand that true emergencies can happen. While our cancellation policy helps protect reserved appointment time, exceptional situations may be reviewed at the salon’s discretion.
